Biography

Katherine DeBiasse has been the head coach of the lacrosse program at Villa Walsh since 2019.  Coach DeBiasse was honored as the 2021 NJIGLL Lacrosse Coach of the Year for the Independence Division. She attended Wheaton College, earning her bachelor's degree in Art History and minoring in Secondary Education and Studio Art. During her time at Wheaton, Coach DeBiasse was an accomplished multi-sport athlete, earning All-American field hockey honors and was a member of the two-time DIII NCAA Champion Winter Track program. During her senior year, Coach DeBiasse was invited to try out for the Women's National Field Hockey team in preparation for the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Since 2013, Coach DeBiasse has been involved with the field hockey program at Morristown High School, where she helped coach the team to a Morris County Tournament Championship and three NJSIAA Sectional Championships. In her first year as head coach, she led the Morristown Colonials to their third NJSIAA Sectional Championship. She is a level two USA and NFHS-certified lacrosse coach and a level one USA-certified Field Hockey coach.
