Villa Walsh Academy recognizes the financial commitment required for an independent school education; therefore we provide an equitable financial aid program to support our families. Please note that our admission process is need blind, meaning that decisions are not influenced by a family’s ability to pay.

Tuition Payment Information
All families are required to create an account with FACTS Management Company to pay their deposit, tuition, and fees. Please note that there are three (3) tuition option payment plans with fees associated with each option. All fees listed for each tuition payment option are paid directly to FACTS.
FACTS is now CLOSED for the 2024-2025 school year to accept re-enrollment deposit payments for returning students. If the auto pay feature was previously selected, then on March 15, 2025 the $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit will be deducted automatically for the following academic year. Parents may go into the system and pay the deposit sooner.
New families must log onto FACTS Management Company's Site (https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3KBKB) to create an account. Returning families will log in using their current account information

Financial Aid / Merit Scholarships have been finalized for next year and are currently reflected in agreements.
Please do NOT fill out the FACTs Financial Aid Application – this is for outside assistance and will not be seen by the Villa Walsh governing body on financial aid and merit scholarships (e.g. Tri-County Scholarships).
Financial Aid
At Villa Walsh, we believe that tuition should not be a barrier to your daughter's education.
We welcome girls of exceptional ability, character and talent to our school, and our dedication to financial aid allows every girl to have the opportunity to thrive. Currently, 20% of our student body receives aid, representing families from a wide range of incomes. All Villa Walsh Academy families who request financial aid assistance must complete a Financial Aid Application (FAA).
The financial aid system is now CLOSED for applications for the 2025-2026 school year and will now open for new applications on October 1, 2024.

Important Information once logged into the Portal:
- The Villa Walsh Academy SSS by TADS number for the FAA application is 7958
- The deadline for New Families to complete the FAA is January 21, 2025.
- The deadline for Returning Families to complete the FAA is February 23, 2025. Returning families must complete an FAA each year for continued consideration of financial aid.
