Sr. Josephine Palmeri, MPF, teaches Spanish. She received her Master’s in Religious Studies from Marywood University and a Master of Arts in Spanish from Millersville University with a minor in Italian. Sr. Josephine’s six decades of experience in teaching teens range from huge diocesan co-ed schools to private educational institutions. Sr. Josephine was named Teacher of the Year by the New Jersey American Association of Teachers of Spanish/Portuguese, to which she has given workshops at annual conventions, and served as Regional Director of the National Spanish Honor Society. Her aim is to inspire youth to love and speak Spanish “para la vida,” to foster peace and understanding of our brothers and sisters in the 20 nations who speak the language. |
